Hotel Ambiance Zermatt

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very cute and the hotel had a modern interior. The cleanliness was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location, being a ten-minute walk from the bustling center, provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The views from the balcony were fine! Waking up and seeing the majestic mountains was the perfect start to my day. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of fresh options. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay more fun. The location was ideal, close enough to the center but still peaceful and quiet at night. The strong WiFi connection was a convenient bonus.

I was actually surprised by the modern decor and spaciousness of my room at Hotel Ambiance. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread, with a variety of options to choose from. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ambiance and would highly recommend it.

The hotel offers rooms with balconies and a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, which is truly breathtaking. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the main shopping area and close to the center of Zermatt. The staff at the hotel is attentive and provides excellent service, making sure that all your needs are taken care of. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The hotel was conveniently located on the quiet side of the river, just a few hundred meters from the town center and ski areas. This made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing valuable advice about the area. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly baked croissants.

The hotel had a 4pm check-in time, which was quite late. For guests who arrived early and wanted to check-in before that time, an extra charge was incurred.

Great breakfast and clean ski room with boot warmers. Close to restaurants and a short walk to the center/lift. Convenient electric cabs for skiing. Room had amazing view of Matterhorn with a balcony. Fresh decor and exceeded expectations. Good buffet breakfast.
